Urgent Care Position Convenient to Dallas Metroplex | 4-Day Week Schedule | Denison, TX

<p>We are seeking full-time Physician Assistants to join Texoma Medical Center's Urgent Care team in Denison, Texas and Durant, Oklahoma. This role offers a predictable 4-day work week and high-acuity clinical exposure, allowing you to practice a broad scope of urgent care medicine while working within a supportive and efficient care environment.</p><p><strong>Quick Facts</strong></p><p>* Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed</p><p>* Schedule / Hours: Four 10-hour shifts per week</p><p>* Call: No call required</p><p>* Patient Volume: Approximately 45 patients per day per center</p><p>* Location: Denison, TX and Durant, OK (rotation between sites)</p><p>* Practice Setting: Urgent Care centers (open 7 days per week)</p><p>* Support / Care Team: Collaborative team of providers and clinical support staff</p><p>* EMR / Technology: Modern urgent care EMR system</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>* Provide urgent care services for patients of all ages in a fast-paced clinical environment</p><p>* Perform typical urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, and minor procedures</p><p>* Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries</p><p>* Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff</p><p>* Manage day-to-day patient care responsibilities</p><p>* Document care using EMR system</p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><p>* Salary: $130,000 + incentives/bonuses</p><p>* Sign-on / Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available</p><p>* Health, Dental, Vision & Retirement: Comprehensive benefits package</p><p>* PTO, CME & Schedule Flexibility: Paid time off and CME allowance</p><p>* Wellness & Work-Life Balance Support: 4-day work week with no call</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>* Licensed Physician Assistant</p><p>* Active or eligible Texas and/or Oklahoma license</p><p>* Minimum of 2 years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or related experience preferred</p><p>* Comfortable with common urgent care procedures</p><p>* Emergency Room experience preferred but not required</p><p><strong>Growth & Development</strong></p><p>* Opportunity to practice a broad scope of urgent care medicine</p><p>* Supportive team environment with experienced providers</p><p>* Affiliation with a national healthcare organization offering long-term career growth</p><p>Texoma Medical Center is a 414-bed regional referral center serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
