<p>Carle Health is seeking an additional <strong>BE/BC Urologist</strong> to join our premier multi-specialty group at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.</p><p>Opportunity Details</p><p> </p><ul><li>Join a collegial, turnkey practice with other BC Urologists and dedicated Advanced Practice Providers supporting hospital consults and outpatient clinic.</li><li><strong>Exceptional earning potential with excellent starting base salary and uncapped RVU bonuses</strong></li><li>Options for flexible scheduling</li><li>True General Urology practice with emphasis on supporting a healthy work life balance</li><li>Full breadth of Urology is available but not required</li><li>Ancillary support from on-site Urogynecology, Interventional Radiology, Nephrology, Hospitalists, and Intensivists. and two Da-Vinci XI robots (optional)</li><li>Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation's first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering</li><li>Call is 1:5 with responsibility to cover only one ER and hospital at primary location</li><li>Newly expanded operating rooms at Carle Foundation Hospital, as well as access to our 23,000 square-foot ASC facility</li><li>Carle Foundation Hospital is a 509-bed Level I Trauma Center with Level III Perinatal Services. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
