<b>Job Description & Requirements</b><br>Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)<br>StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 9 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50 <br><br><p><span style="font-size: 9pt;">This facility is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)</span><span style="font-size: 9pt; color: rgb(0, 176, 80);"> </span><span style="font-size: 9pt;">for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Details and requirements for this opportunity:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Types of Cases: Bread and butter Urology cases </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Certifications Required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Licensure Required: Must have an active license </span></li></ul><p><br></p><br><br><b>Facility Location</b><br>Located in southern Washington State along the majestic Columbia River, Longview has an inviting small-town atmosphere, complete with a historic downtown that offers shopping, restaurants, galleries and beautiful streetscapes.
