<h1><span style=color:#a33600><b>Find your calling at Mercy!</b></span></h1><p></p><p></p><h1><span style=color:#005cb9><b>Position Details:</b></span></h1><p></p><div><p><b>Location: </b>Mercy Hospital - Oklahoma City (W Memorial Rd)</p></div><div><p><b>Shift:</b> Full Time (3 12-hr shifts/week)</p><p><b>Schedule Options:</b> 6a-6:30p Wed, Thurs, Fri OR 6a-6:30p Mon, Tues, Wed</p><p><b>NO CALL REQUIREMENT</b></p><p></p><p><i>This role will be responsible for directing and coordinating caregivers to support all phases of care for the patient.</i></p><p></p><p><span class=emphasis-3><b>This position may have the opportunity to rotate between our inpatient endoscopy department (Outpatient Diagnostics) and Mercy's new outpatient digestive health institute (Kathryn Ann Meinders)!</b></span><br /> </p></div><p><b><span>Overview:</span></b><br /><span>The Charge Registered Nurse utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience Preferred: Previous Endoscopy / GI experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Certifications:</span> <span>Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.</p></li><li><p>Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.</p></li><li><p>Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><span style=color:#537824><b>Why Mercy?</b></span></h1><p></p><p>From day one, Mercy offers outstanding benefits - including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, tuition support, and matched retirement plans for team members working 32+ hours per pay period.</p><p></p><p>Join a caring, collaborative team where your voice matters.
