Inpatient Urologist

<p><strong>Monument Health is seeking a full-time hospital based urologist to join our experienced, well-established group in Rapid City.</strong></p><p>The facilities, equipment, and staff are state of the art. Monument Health Rapid City Hospital is a 417-bed regional tertiary care medical center covering a 5 state region. Level II trauma center.</p><p>Highly competitive fixed base salary of $700K. Productivity bonus incentive opportunities start from day one. Starting and retention bonuses of up to $240K. Need to work 2 weeks per month. Could be 7 on/7 off, or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.</li><li>This is a 24-hour call position.</li><li>Daily rounds are required. However, there is no set number of hours required to be on site.</li><li>There is no clinic required.</li></ul>
