Off Premise Territory Manager Sales Consultant – Beverage Distribution Company<br />Location: Northern Nevada, Reno/Sparks/Tahoe<br />Employment Type: Full-Time<br />We are a rapidly growing beverage distribution company in Nevada. We are seeking a highly organized, driven sales team member with a proven track record in the direct store delivery (DSD) industry to support a dedicated territory of high-demand customers in the grocery, convenience, drug, club store, and independent off premise channel. This is a key sales role, requiring the highest standards of customer service, and including in-depth knowledge of the Cellar Craft portfolio and its competitive set. <br />The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Local market relationships within the off-premises beverage industry are a plus.<br /><br />Duties and Responsibilities:ALL Developing strong and trusting relationships with key clients within a dedicated territory<br /> Resolving key client issues <br /> Anticipating and developing a complete understanding of customer needs<br /> Managing communications between key clients and internal teams<br /> Strategic planning within the dedicated territory <br /> In depth brand Cellar Craft portfolio brand knowledge <br /> Educated understanding of the competitive set of our portfolio against all major brand categories<br /> Proficiently utilizes sales data to inform customers of their performance and opportunities<br /> Meets all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines<br /> Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management<br /><br />Territory Manager Requirements and Qualifications:<br /> Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently<br /> Goal-oriented, organized team player<br /> Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead<br /> Self-motivated and self-directed<br /> Excellent interpersonal relationship skills<br /> Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories<br /> Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions<br /> Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person<br /> Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including basic knowledge of Excel/ PowerPoint skills<br /> Strong negotiation skills<br /> Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account<br /> Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals<br /> Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle<br /> The position requires the use of a personal vehicle<br /><br />What We Offer:<br /> Competitive salary based on experience<br /> Benefits package<br /> Stable, growing company with a collaborative team environment<br /><br />This role offers the opportunity to be a central part of a growing organization and work closely with leadership to support building market share and profitable revenue growth within a dedicated territory in the beverage industry.<br /><br />Job category: Sales and Marketing
