Visit nchjobs.org to learn more.<br><br><b>JOB SUMMARY</b><br><br>The pharmacists will provide good quality pharmaceutical care. <br><br><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br>Other duties may be assigned. <br><br> Demonstrates skills and judgment necessary to provide pharmaceutical care services. <br><br> Monthly inspections are on time and accurate. <br><br> Maintains the highest degree of accuracy as measured by lack of variances. Actively reviews patient medication profiles for demographic completeness, ADRs, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, formulary compliance and therapeutic appropriateness. <br><br> Interventions. <br><br> ADR's and Variances. <br><br> Technician Supervision. <br><br> Participates in at least one; case presentation; community service; P&T presentation or project; DUE; Policy and Procedure development or training; technician/pharmacist training. <br><br> Understands the legal/regulatory requirements related to the release of information. Able to use the information systems pertinent to the job. <br><br> Creative Problem Solving - Examples of Achievement. <br><br><b>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br> High School Diploma or GED required. <br><br> State of Florida Pharmacist license required. <br><br> One year of hospital experience preferred. <br><br> Intermediate computer knowledge: Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
