Corporate Finance Expert for AI Model Training

<strong>Role Overview </strong><p>As a Corporate Finance Expert, you will leverage your financial expertise to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping how these models learn and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input. </p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong><ul><li>Design technically demanding finance prompts and tasks that reflect the complexities of investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. </li><li>Develop gold-standard solutions in Excel and PowerPoint to establish objective benchmarks for AI model evaluation. </li><li>Create and refine clear grading rubrics for assessing AI outputs on transaction and modeling exercises. </li><li>Construct, modify, and review advanced financial models, including 3-statement, valuation, LBO, M&A, and sensitivity analyses. </li><li>Produce transaction analyses and investment materials with a client-ready, production-grade level of detail. </li><li>Develop and adapt professional templates, decks, and supporting materials commonly used across investment banking, private equity, and corporate development. </li><li>Ensure all deliverables are precise, unambiguous, and uphold industry standards. </li> </ul><strong>Qualifications </strong><ul><li>Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis. </li><li>Advanced Excel proficiency, including scenario analysis and model integrity checks. </li><li>Expertise in building polished, professional PowerPoint presentations and investment decks. </li><li>Strong familiarity with standard investment banking, private equity, and corporate development templates and processes. </li><li>Proven track record working on live deals, investments, or transaction execution. </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity. </li><li>Ability to independently produce client-grade financial materials under tight timelines. </li> </ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong><ul><li>Experience evaluating or testing AI models, or developing technical prompts and assessments. </li><li>Exposure to multiple finance domains, such as investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development. </li><li>Prior work creating training data or technical assessments for advanced technology initiatives. </li> </ul><strong>Work Terms </strong><p>Employment Type: Contract </p><strong>Compensation </strong><p>Hourly Rate: $50 - $58 </p><strong>Eligibility </strong><p>Remote work opportunity. </p>
