<p >Design, develop, and support SharePoint Online solutions and Microsoft 365-based applications to automate business processes, improve document management, and enhance collaboration across the organization, with a strong focus on enterprise and legal environments. </p>

<h5 data-section-id="1xmbd3v" data-start="430" data-end="456"><strong>Roles and Responsibilities </strong> </h5>
<ul data-start="458" data-end="1718">
<li >Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions including sites, lists, libraries, pages, and workflows </li>
<li >Build and customize SPFx web parts and extensions using React and modern PnP frameworks </li>
<li >Develop and support Power Automate workflows for document management, approvals, notifications, and business automation </li>
<li >Create and maintain Power Apps solutions integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services </li>
<li >Integrate SharePoint with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, and other business applications) </li>
<li >Manage SharePoint security, permissions, and governance policies including DLP and retention controls </li>
<li >Support large-scale document management systems and ensure performance optimization for high-volume data </li>
<li >Troubleshoot SharePoint, Power Platform, and workflow issues and provide user support </li>
<li >Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, PnP, REST APIs, and Search APIs </li>
<li >Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria </li>
<li >Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and wireframes to validate solutions before implementation </li>
<li >Participate in system maintenance, including scheduled releases and weekend support activities </li>

<h5 data-section-id="2xjzdj" data-start="1725" data-end="1747"><strong>Required Technical Skills </strong> </h5>
<ul data-start="1749" data-end="2435">
<li >Strong experience in SharePoint Online (5+ years), including large-scale document management </li>
<li >Expertise in SPFx development (React-based) and modern SharePoint framework customization </li>
<li >Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) </li>
<li >Proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, PnP, and REST APIs </li>
<li >Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance (Purview, DLP, retention, eDiscovery) </li>
<li >Experience supporting enterprise workflow automation and integration solutions </li>
<li >Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD for Power Platform deployment (preferred) </li>
<li >Understanding of Legal e-Document management systems and compliance requirements </li>
</ul>

<li >Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform applications </li>
