Technical Business Analyst (Real Estate & Asset Management)

<h5>Core Responsibilities </h5> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Support IT projects for real estate and global asset management teams. </li> <li>Gather and document business requirements from asset managers and analysts for data integrations and dashboard development. </li> <li>Coordinate QuickBase-based integrations, workflows, and data pipelines. </li> <li>Support dashboarding, reporting, and analytics development. </li> <li>Participate in data analysis, reporting enhancements, and automation initiatives (RFE-related work). </li> <li>Validate data relationships, mappings, and integrity across systems. </li> <li>Collaborate with developers to support data modeling and integration efforts. </li> <li>Ensure accurate translation of business needs into functional and technical specifications. </li> </ul> <h5>Required Qualifications </h5> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA (mid-level preferred). </li> <li>Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Asset Management domain. </li> <li>Solid understanding of real estate KPIs, investment data structures, and asset management terminology. </li> <li>Experience working with data integrations and reporting solutions. </li> <li>Familiarity with QuickBase or similar low-code/no-code platforms (training available if needed). </li> <li>Experience with Microsoft stack tools, including: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Power BI </li> <li>Power Apps </li> <li>Power Automate </li> <li>Excel and other Microsoft Office tools </li> </ul> </li> <li>Strong ability to gather requirements, analyze data, and support dashboard/reporting solutions. </li> <li>Experience validating data for analytics, integrations, and reporting accuracy. </li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. </li> </ul> <h5>Preferred Qualifications </h5> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Experience working in global or multi-region teams. </li> <li>Exposure to data automation and workflow optimization initiatives. </li> <li>Familiarity with API-based integrations and data modeling concepts. </li> <li>Experience supporting reporting modernization or analytics transformation projects. </li> </ul>
