We provide reliable HVAC and refrigeration services to commercial clients including restaurants, banks, fitness centers, and retail facilities. We’re growing and looking for a hands-on Commercial HVAC Project Manager / Field Supervisor / Lead Installer to join our team. Why Join ETR? - $24–$30/hr starting pay + bonus potential - Weekly direct deposit - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - Company vehicle & gas card - 401(k) with 4% match (when you contribute 6%) - Up to 20 days PTO + paid holidays - Long-term stability with a 45+ year legacy - Strong team culture — we support our people What You’ll Do - Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installations (new construction & retrofits) - Coordinate with project managers and general contractors - Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec - Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices - Read and interpret blueprints and job specs - Track materials, labor, and job progress - Travel to job sites across Texas (minimal overnight work) - Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience - Experience leading crews or acting as a lead installer - Strong knowledge of ductwork and commercial HVAC systems - Pipefitting and brazing experience preferred - Ability to read blueprints and technical documents - EPA certification preferred (not required) - VRF experience is a plus - Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record - Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Ready to Apply?
