Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Saturday Day Shift

Location: Memphis, TN
Schedule: Part-Time | Saturdays, 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pay: $25.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

Monitor the health and well-being of individuals served.
Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide physician-ordered treatments and personal care services.
Complete nursing assessments and contribute to Individual Service Plans.
Respond promptly to changes in an individual’s condition.
Train staff on medication administration, infection control, universal precautions, and other health-related topics.
Coordinate care with families, physicians, healthcare providers, and outside agencies.
Advocate for individuals to ensure they receive consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

Current Tennessee LPN license
Associate degree in nursing, related education, or state-approved nursing certificate
At least one year of nursing experience working with a similar population preferred
Current driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
CPR/First Aid and other certifications as required by state regulations
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
