<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The RVCV Lead for North America is responsible for providing strategic and operational understanding for all EOL Control plan (RVCV) initiatives across all plants. This role owns regional performance, consistency of execution, cross‑functional alignment, and continuous improvement of EOL Control plan( RVCV) processes. The NA Lead serves as the primary point of accountability for North America, ensuring alignment with global strategy while addressing regional business needs.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: verdana;">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Coordinate all EOL Control plan (RVCV) activities across North America, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to global standards.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Act as the primary liaison between all North America locations for RVCV initiatives</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Drive performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts </span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Define a global convergence plan for EOL Control plan (RVCV) checks – (frequency then 100% checks)</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and other stakeholders</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities; implement corrective actions as needed</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the assembly plants on the implementation</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Support change management and adoption of new processes, tools, or systems as required</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Ensure compliance with regional regulations, policies, and internal controls</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Participate in new model launch and plant start up</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Coordinate the correlation of warranty occurrences back into the EOL Control plan (RVCV) to help drive down warranty cost.</span></li>
