Senior Vice President, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer Manager

<p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p><ul><li>This role manages the entirety of the ACH Processing unit for Payments Enablement SDG group under Payments processing. </li><li>Ensures best-practice approaches for streamlining and optimization processes through workflow design and technology.Applies in-depth knowledge and expertise on service offerings. </li><li>Proactive assessment and resolution of complex transaction issues.</li><li>Develops process for quality improvement and systems to test and maintain cash processing and transactions management.</li><li>Acts as an escalation point for complex problems that less experienced resources cannot solve. </li><li>Responsible for crafting solutions and methods to resolve issues at hand and similar issues in the future. </li><li>Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. </li><li>Manages one or more Cash Processing and Funds Transfer teams.Responsible for achievement of team goals. </li><li>Ensures team is equipped to operationalize and attain team objectives. </li><li>Manages the human resources of the team, including coaching, performance management and career development. </li><li>May manage financial resources of the team (budgets, expenses, etc.).</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. <ul><li>Advanced/graduate degree preferred.</li></ul></li><li>7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred. </li><li>This is a critical management role needed with extreme industry knowledge regarding the ACH Batch process. </li><li>We are seeking external industry knowledge as we are currently undergoing ACH modernization and will need industry experience for both internal and external communications.</li><li>Experience in financial investments preferred. </li><li>Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.</li></ul><p>At BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
