Job description
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Performance Parts Retail Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue, customer engagement, and profitability within a performance parts retail environment. This role oversees sales operations, optimizes product assortment, and ensures customers receive expert guidance on high‑performance, racing, and aftermarket components.<br /><br /></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong> Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth</strong></span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop strategies to increase sales of performance parts, accessories, and aftermarket upgrades.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Set sales targets for the team and track progress using KPIs.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create promotions, merchandising plans, and seasonal campaigns to maximize revenue.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive conversion from online leads, walk‑in customers, and phone inquiries.</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong> Customer Engagement & Product Expertise</strong></span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide expert guidance on performance parts—engine components, suspension, exhaust, tuning, forced induction, etc.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct product demos, workshops, or community engagement events (cars & coffee, track days, etc.).</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong> Team Management & Training</strong></span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in recruitment, training, and mentor retail sales staff at dealers.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct regular coaching sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure team members stay current on new performance products and technologies.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong> Inventory, Merchandising & Vendor Coordination</strong></span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage inventory levels for high‑demand SKUs and seasonal performance categories.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with purchasing teams and suppliers to optimize product mix.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure proper merchandising, signage, and displays that highlight key performance items.</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong> Retail Operations & Profitability</strong></span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor margins, product profitability, and overall financial performance of the product portfolio.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency for dealers who sell performance products</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Host events that promote performance culture and drive store traffic.</span></li>
