Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

<strong>Description </strong><br>Job Summary <p>We are seeking a <strong>Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant </strong> to join our <strong>Cardiology team in Beaumont, TX </strong>. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality cardiovascular care in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced cardiologists and clinical staff. The ideal candidate will have cardiology or related clinical experience and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. </p> Key Responsibilities <ul><li> Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions </li><li> Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and follow-up visits </li><li> Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic testing including EKGs, labs, and imaging </li><li> Assist with inpatient and/or outpatient care as needed </li><li> Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists </li><li> Educate patients on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications </li><li> Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR </li> </ul> Qualifications <ul><li> Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant </li><li> National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) </li><li> Previous cardiology, internal medicine, or acute care experience preferred </li><li> Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills </li><li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li> </ul> Schedule & Compensation <ul><li> Full-time schedule </li><li> Competitive compensation based on experience </li><li> Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match </li> </ul>
