NP, Nurse Practitioner

<p>Description</p><p>Job Summary</p><p>We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine team in Beaumont, TX. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building long-term relationships with patients while delivering high-quality care across all stages of life.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management</p></li><li><p>Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan</p></li><li><p>Perform wellness exams, annual physicals, and routine health screenings</p></li><li><p>Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies</p></li><li><p>Develop and manage individualized treatment plans</p></li><li><p>Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices</p></li><li><p>Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner</p></li><li><p>National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)</p></li><li><p>Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong clinical judgment and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team</p></li></ul><p>Schedule & Compensation</p><ul><li><p>Full-time outpatient schedule</p></li><li><p>Competitive compensation based on experience</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match</p></li></ul>
