Head of Legal Operations & AI Enablement

Okta is seeking a seasoned Head of Legal Operations & Chief of Staff to drive strategic and operational leadership for the Legal department. You will serve as the CLO’s trusted proxy, align programs with business goals, and manage global operations in a high-velocity tech environment.

You’ll lead budgeting, vendor management, and the rollout of CLM/e-Billing, while embedding AI into workflows and partnering with cross-functional leaders to maximize efficiency and impact.
