Senior Real Estate Transactions Counsel

BFKN in Chicago seeks an experienced real estate attorney with 2–11 years of practice at a large firm or boutique real estate group to handle complex commercial transactions.

Candidates should have substantial experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Development, construction, asset management, or joint-venture work is a plus. This is an equal opportunity employer with a salary range of $225,000 to $390,000 and bonus eligibility.
