Hotel General Manager: Guest Experience & Profit Leader

Socket.dev is seeking a General Manager to oversee all hotel operations, including rooms, food & beverage, sales, engineering, human resources and accounting. You will lead the executive team to drive revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction in a 24/7 operation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field and at least 3 years of experience in hotel operations or F&B, with strong communication, leadership and knowledge of employment laws.
