Director of Engineering - Directed Energy Systems

AV Directed Energy Systems is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead a growing multidisciplinary engineering team and provide strategic technical input for Directed Energy programs.

You will manage engineering staff across systems, software, optical, mechanical, power, and control disciplines, ensuring policy adherence, design integrity, and program success. This role requires U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance, with a focus on excellence in defense engineering leadership.
