Team members are encouraged to contribute their expertise, grow professionally, and maintain ethical and client-focused practice in a supportive environment./n Role Description This full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in El Paso, TX. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design behavior intervention programs grounded in ABA principles. Daily responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, monitoring data collection, analyzing progress, and adjusting programs to meet client goals. The BCBA will provide caregiver and staff training, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure that all services comply with ethical guidelines and payer requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, participating in team meetings, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives./n Qualifications /n /n - Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and eligibility to practice in Texas as required by state regulations. /n - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field. /n - Demonstrated ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and design evidence-based behavior intervention plans. /n - Experience supervising and training behavior technicians or paraprofessionals in ABA service delivery. /n - Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring to guide clinical decision-making. /n - Effective communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and clinical partners. /n - Commitment to ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and client-centered care in diverse communities. /n - Ability to work on-site in El Paso, TX, manage a caseload, and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. /n - Prior experience in autism services, developmental disabilities, or pediatric behavioral health is preferred. /n
