Anesthesiologist - Nampa, ID

<p><p>Become part of a physician led 600 provider multispecialty group with a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa, ID, a Level III Trauma center, serves the region in providing the highest quality, close-to-home care for ill and injured patients of the west-central Treasure Valley. Saint Alphonsus Health System was named one of the Top 15 Health Systems in the country by IBM Watson Health.</p><p>Wide array of case mix to include General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Neuro, Vascular, and Trauma. Cardiac is a plus but not mandatory (additional pay for cardiac experience). No complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. This is a hospital employed W-2 position.</p><p>Physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Supervision model with a max 4:1 ratio. This is a full time role. MDs are expected to be scheduled for 2,060 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status, call is shared equally. </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.</li><li>Successful completion of an ACGME accredited anesthesiology residency program.</li><li>Board certification through the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology (AOBA) <em>or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment</em>.</li><li>Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary and Benefits</strong>:</p><ul><li>Sign-on Incentives</li><li>Student Loan Repayment</li><li>Relocation</li><li>PTO & CME Allocation</li><li>Malpractice Insurance (Incl.
