Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, Idaho, a Level III Trauma center, serves the region in providing the highest quality, close-to-home care for ill and injured patients of the west-central Treasure Valley. Saint Alphonsus Health System was named one of the Top 15 Health Systems in the country by IBM Watson Health.</p><p>Wide array of case mix to include General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, ENT, Plastics, and Urologic. No complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. Hospital employed W2 position.</p><p>Physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Supervision model with a max 4:1 ratio.</p><p>CRNAs are expected to be scheduled for 1,760 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status.
