Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Grand Rapids

<p><p>Trinity Health Hospital Group is seeking a <strong>full time (1.0 FTE) CRNA</strong> to join our <strong>Anesthesia Services Team </strong>Located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.</p><p>Practice Features:</p><ul><li>The hospital is designated as a Level 2 trauma center and has 16 operating rooms, 4 endoscopy suites, 2 OB operating rooms, and 5 NORA sites.</li><li>We cover a large mix of general and complex cases, including kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho (including trauma), bariatrics, podiatry, GYN, neuro, ETCs, MRI/CT, heart and vascular, OB, and regional blocks.</li><li>Schedule includes a mix of 8,10,12,16, and 24-hour shifts</li><li>Professional, confident, and friendly team of providers</li><li>Shared home-call obligations approx. 1 weekend per quarter and 1 weekday every 6 weeks</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>CRNAs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment.</li><li>State of Michigan license</li><li>DEA license</li><li>ACLS & BLS certified</li></ul><p>This is an exciting opportunity for the right CRNA to join Trinity Health Hospital Group.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>RECRUITMENT PACKAGE</strong></p><p>As an employed provider, you can anticipate:</p><ul><li>Competitive salary: $124.28/hour</li><li>$30K sign-on bonus (for 0.5FTE or greater)</li><li>Relocation assistance</li><li>Full time benefit package</li><li>Malpractice insurance w/tail</li><li>CME funds, licensure, and professional membership support</li><li>403b with employer contribution & match</li></ul></p>
