Location: Leesburg, Virginia (Washington, DC Metro Area)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-Time with Benefits

About the Opportunity
Commonwealth Critical Care is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Physician Assistant to join our Critical Care team at Inova Loudoun Hospital, a nationally recognized facility located in the thriving Northern Virginia/DMV region. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative yet autonomous environment while providing advanced care in a high-acuity critical care setting.
Position Highlights
* Highly Competitive Compensation with Shift Differentials
* 12-hour shifts
* 211-bed Inova Loudoun Hospital - Level III Trauma Center - EPIC EMR
* Robust procedure exposure & autonomy with strong physician support
* Critical Care team covers a 12-bed ICU & 14-bed IMCU
* Full-Time or Part-Time with Benefits option available
* Access to full specialty consultant services
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience
* Ability to perform Central Line and Arterial Line placement
* Comfort working independently within a high-acuity environment
* Physician Assistant providers with a proven Critical Care background
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive compensation ranging from $100-110 per hour with annual Performance Incentive Bonus
