Local Team Collaboration:
Join our close-knit team of 8 physicians at UF Durbin Park Hospital.
Brand new, state-of-the-art, 150-bed hospital slated to open in September 2026.
Qualifications:
ABIM or ABFM certified with prior hospitalist experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
7-days-on, 7-days-off, day rounding position with opportunity for moonlighting incentive.
Key Responsibilities:
Rounding on patients with admissions.
Help support the hospitalist team's efforts in utilization management, compliance, clinical documentation improvement, and patient satisfaction at UF Durbin Park.
Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
