Bilingual CX Specialist (English/Spanish) – Remote & Flexible

Too Good To Go is seeking a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English & Spanish) in Austin, TX. This part-time, fully remote role (within Texas) focuses on delivering excellent support via email and chat, while acting as a brand ambassador and communicating users' needs to internal teams.

You will commit to 10-20 hours weekly with Sundays-Tuesdays as core days, and use CRM tools to meet targets and KPIs. Remote work with equipment provided and stipend.
