Deployment Tech Leader — Customer‑Facing Launch Ops

GoTab is seeking an experienced Manager of Deployment & Technical Support to lead our deployment, onboarding, and live‑support teams. You will set strategy, establish standards, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

This hands‑on leadership role entails hiring and developing staff, owning end‑to‑end workflows, triaging complex issues, and driving initiatives to improve deployment speed and first‑time install success. Travel to sites is occasional.
