Remote Client Care Coordinator | Healthcare Scheduling

Globaltize in the United States is hiring a Client Care Coordinator to support a growing home care operation. This hands-on role requires excellent English communication and the ability to resolve scheduling and service-related issues for clients, caregivers, and leadership.

You will coordinate caregiver schedules, respond to calls, assist with attendance and timesheets, and maintain accurate documentation and staffing records during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM ET).
