Remote E-commerce Support Engineer Intern with Shopify

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and offer assistance with Pasilobus applications as a support engineer.
• Understand the company's concept, including brand, customers, product goals, and other areas of service.
• Rotate across areas of responsibility and contribute ideas to help the company develop and improve.
• Engage with consumers or clients and, if necessary, provide service and/or sales support.
• Make recommendations to management on how to improve customer service and internal operations.
• Learn and master internal software systems.

Work Hours

You are expected to contribute between 5-10 hours per week.

Qualifications / Skills

• Engineering background and education related to Computer Science and Software Development.
• Strong written communication skills through channels such as email and Slack.
• Ability to track assigned tasks and stay organized.
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and completing tasks on time.
• Professionalism, customer focus, confidentiality, and transparency.
