Remote Managing Director, Business Development & Growth

First Citizens is seeking a Managing Director of Business Development to provide strategic oversight for the CIT Northbridge team. This remote role focuses on financial performance, new business generation, and the execution of a business development plan that enhances reliability and reputation.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma with 14 years. Preferred experience includes non-bank Asset Based Lending and Commercial Banking.

Base salary ranges from $200,000 to $275,000 depending on location, with possible bonuses and incentives.
