Remote Plan Manager – Client Success & Operations

Voya Financial is seeking a Plan Manager to oversee all aspects of TPA sponsored plans, maintain client relationships, and contribute to profitability. This role supports remote work with travel to the assigned office as needed.

The position requires strong organization, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. A related bachelor’s degree is preferred and prior retirement/TPA experience is a plus.
