At HackerOne, our Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations function is modernizing and re-architecting the revenue engine, leading the build of an AI-native GTM operations model that connects planning, execution, analytics, and performance into a cohesive, scalable system. We are looking for a Senior GTM Operations Engineer to partner with GTM stakeholders to diagnose complex operational challenges, reimagine how they should work, and build the AI-native capabilities that make that vision real.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply First Principles Problem Solving to diagnose complex GTM challenges, identify root causes, challenge legacy assumptions, and redesign workflows across forecasting, pipeline management, quote‑to‑cash, planning, sales enablement, and partner operations.
- Champion an AI First approach by designing, building, and deploying AI-native workflows, agentic automations, and intelligent systems that improve the speed, consistency, and quality of GTM execution.
- Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel Partners, and Finance to architect scalable solutions that connect strategy, systems, processes, and execution.
- Evaluate and evolve the GTM technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, Gong, Clay, ZoomInfo, Looker, and emerging AI-native platforms, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve scalability, and accelerate business outcomes.
- Leverage Data‑Driven Decision Making to design system instrumentation, architect data flows, establish measurement frameworks, and build feedback loops that improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, planning effectiveness, and operational performance.
- Build and maintain integrations, automation frameworks, and operational tooling that reduce manual effort, improve signal quality, and increase reliability across critical GTM workflows.
- Demonstrate Change Agility by proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, piloting new approaches, adapting quickly to evolving business needs, and helping stakeholders successfully adopt new ways of working.
- Establish and enforce shared definitions, governance standards, system‑of‑record integrity, and operational best practices that improve execution consistency, cross‑functional alignment, and long‑term scalability.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or a closely related role within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI‑driven organizations.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI‑enabled workflows, automations, integrations, or agentic systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce CRM and strong understanding of GTM operating processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, quote‑to‑cash, territory planning, and sales enablement.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to validate assumptions, measure impact, identify opportunities, and influence business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling GTM operations within cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or high‑growth technology environments.
- Experience building predictive analytics, forecasting intelligence, or machine learning‑enabled operational workflows.
