Agency Group Project Manager

A leading agency is hiring a Group Project Manager to support a healthcare-focused organization. This temp role is based remotely within the EST time zone / region and involves overseeing complex projects across various healthcare marketing disciplines. Agency Group Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple agency projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and clients, effectively communicating project needs.
• Oversee resource allocation, staffing, and staffing challenges to maintain productivity.
• Support financial planning, including estimates, scope management, and vendor negotiations.
• Manage / oversee up to 4 direct reports from the PM team.

Agency Group Project Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in ad agency management.
• Proven leadership experience (direct reports), communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in developing and refining project management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
