AI/ML Product Security Lead (Remote)

Norstella is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer focused on AI/ML to lead security across Forge and Sage platforms. You will mentor engineers, shape DevSecOps practices, and own end-to-end safety of the autonomous agent chain from intake to production.

You will partner with engineering to embed guardrails, perform threat modelling, and drive cloud and CI/CD security across multiple products in a HIPAA/GDPR/FDA-compliant environment.
