Lincoln-Goldfinch Law seeks a bilingual Immigration Detained Attorney (English/Spanish) to support our team in removal proceedings, with a focus on detained clients. You will manage cases, appear before immigration courts, prepare filings, and advocate for clients facing removal while maintaining broader practice familiarity.

You will report to the Managing Attorney and contribute to strategy, client advocacy, and court representation.
