Chief People, Culture & Equity Leader

The Union of Concerned Scientists seeks a Chief People, Culture & Equity Officer (CPCE) to lead its People, Culture & Equity function and advance JEDI initiatives. Reporting to the President & CEO, the CPCE partners with the Executive Team to strengthen culture, equity, and anti-racism across the organization.

This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, ensures compliance with employment laws and the bargaining agreement, and leads enterprise-wide equity priorities.
