Collaborative Care Director | Remote Behavioral Health

Adjuvant Behavioral Health is seeking a Collaborative Care Director to lead and scale collaborative care programs across partner clinics. This remote role will coordinate clinical teams, implement care models with fidelity, and drive outcomes while traveling to partner sites as needed.
