Director, Banking Partnerships & Enterprise Growth

Figure is seeking a Director of Partnerships to own a book of bank and credit union accounts and revenue. You will run end-to-end sales cycles, build your pipeline, and collaborate with capital markets, solutions engineering, product, and legal to implement programs.

You should have a track record selling to regulated buyers, strong executive presence, and be comfortable traveling about 30% for onsite meetings and conferences.
