Director, Growth & Distribution — Provider Products Remote

UnitedHealth Group's Optum division is seeking a Director of Growth & Distribution for Provider Products to lead growth strategy, channel development, and campaign activation across UHG and Optum.

This role partners with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations and provider-facing teams to build scalable go-to-market plans, activate referrals and partnerships, and optimize outcomes. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. is supported, with travel about 25%.
