Director of AI-Enabled Business Transformation (Remote)

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Business Transformation to lead enterprise or business unit–wide programs, shaping strategy and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The role emphasizes AI-enabled operating models and delivering growth, efficiency, and improved customer experience.
