Engineering Manager, AI-Powered Mortgage Platform (Remote)

Loancrate Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to own the health, output, and trajectory of a pod of 6–8 engineers reporting to the Head of Engineering.

You’ll partner with a Technical Lead on architecture and with a Product Manager on what’s worth building, ensuring the team ships high-quality, AI-driven mortgage workflows. You’ll drive onboarding, cadence, performance feedback, and cross-functional collaboration, balancing autonomy with accountability.
