Federal Sales Director – DoD/A&D GTM Leader (Remote)

RegScale is looking for a Federal Sales Director to develop and execute their Federal GTM strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on the Department of Washington and a proven track record of securing multi-million dollar contracts.

The role is remote-first but requires presence in the Washington, D.C. area for customer engagements. The position offers a generous compensation package, including significant stock options.
