Forward-Deployed AI Engineer — Build Production AI

Matcha is hiring an AI Field Engineer to join our high-velocity AI team. You will work directly with ambitious AI-native customers to turn complex AI challenges into production-ready systems and build POCs, MVPs, and production integrations.

You’ll deploy LLM workloads, collaborate with engineers and executives, and contribute to our platform with hands-on coding and deployment. This role blends AI engineering with customer delivery and product feedback.
