Franchise Growth & Partnerships Lead

Tommy's Express is seeking a Business Development Manager to build strategic partnerships with national retailers and develop car wash franchise sites across the country. The role requires an agile mindset, strong networking, and proven B2B sales experience.

You will work with internal teams and external brands to move from initial inquiry to franchise agreement, travel for tradeshows, present unit economics and support the franchise development process, while driving pipeline and revenue growth.
