Fully Remote Employment Law Attorney | Active CA Bar Required | $180,000–$300,000 Base + Bonus | Plaintiff and defense both roles are open

I'm partnering with a highly respected and rapidly growing California law firm that is seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join its fully remote litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated employment matters, taking ownership of cases, and working with a collaborative team while maintaining the flexibility of a remote practice.

What You’ll Handle:

• Manage all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, legal research, drafting pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Provide strategic counselling to clients on employment law issues, workplace policies, and risk management.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective litigation strategies and achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong experience in employment-related litigation.
• Experience handling wage and hour, PAGA, FEHA, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - $300,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
