Global Chief People Officer - Growth & Culture Leader

Verndale is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead the evolution of our people function across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, building scalable systems, policies, and programs that strengthen leadership and sustain a high-performing culture.

You will drive partner development, performance management, compensation, learning, culture, and HR operations while aligning talent, culture, and structure with strategic goals. This is a senior, growth-focused role with cross-border scope.
