Global Compensation & Equity Analyst - Remote

Tenstorrent is seeking a Staff Compensation Analyst to own global total rewards processes in a fully remote, North America–based role. You will lead compensation and equity review cycles, build data foundations, and translate complex analytics into actionable leadership recommendations.

The role requires 5+ years in global compensation analysis, strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling, and experience with multi-country salary structures and equity vehicles.
