Global Tax Compliance Lead (Remote US)

MariaDB is seeking a Global Tax Manager to own the coordination of our global tax compliance calendar and support the integrity of our statutory books across jurisdictions. You will work with the Corporate Controller, accounting team, and advisors across time zones.

Responsibilities include managing tax returns (income, sales, VAT), reviewing drafts, monitoring nexus, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and coordinating with external auditors. CPA required; NetSuite experience preferred.
